Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 16 minutes Total: 26 minutes Servings: 2 people Ingredients 1 ½ Tablespoon of vegetable oil 1 cup long grain rice 1 tablespoon minced onion 1 tablespoon cut up tomato 2 cups water 2 tablespoon of diced carrot 1 table spoon chopped celery 2 table spoon of peas (optional) 2 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules Directions Heat up the saucepan and then add oil. Add rice. Add in the vegetables, salt, and chicken stock. Heat up until it boils. Turn the heat down to low and cook for 20 minutes. Make sure the rice is soft. ENJOY!
